Worker In Montgomery County: Police
A 39-year-old WSCC worker was killed after being struck by a DUI driver early Sunday, Sept. 8 in Montgomery County, police said. Clinton's Ernest Joseph Dyson was working at New Hampshire Avenue and Rodney Road in Hillandale, when he was struck by a 2011 Volkswagen CC around 4:40 a.m., police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of a black 2011 Volkswagen CC was reportedly uninjured. Dyson, a WSSC Water employee, was on the job at the time he was struck, according to police. A 30-year-old Montgomery County man was killed after being ejected from his bike when he struck a metal light support pole in White Oak, police say. Silver Spring resident Christian Ronaldo Guillen has been identified by investigators as the person who was killed on Saturday afternoon while riding through the area. For the fourth time in a week, a motorcyclist was killed in a Maryland crash, this time in Prince George's County.
