A teenager was struck by a bullet over the weekend after gunshots rang out while a group of minors were playing football in a Montgomery County park, officials say. A 16-year-old had to be airlifted to an area hospital after being shot during a gathering at a Maryland apartment complex overnight, officials say. A 16-year-old boy was apprehended after being busted in a stolen pick-up truck, then attempting to steal a police cruiser in Montgomery County.
