Catonsville resident John Lang, 32, smirked at the camera after being arrested over the weekend following a probe into multiple assaults and threats that were made on the interstate. Police say that on Sunday, Nov. 3, Lang pointed the loaded weapon at another motorist multiple times on I-695 in the area of Route 2 in Glen Burnie.
