Tractor-Trailer Crash Shuts Down I-81 South, Sparks Delays Near PA /MD Line (Developing) A tractor-trailer crash involving multiple vehicles shut down Interstate 81 southbound near Exit 5 (Greencastle/Waynesboro) in Antrim Township, Franklin County around 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 10, according to PennDOT. Due to the wreck, all lanes of I-81 southbound are closed between Exit 5 and Exit 10 (Route 914/Marion). Rubbernecking delays were also reported on the northbound side between the same exits.
