A 43-year-old man was shot to death outside a Maryland gas station and it's being investigated as a homicide, according to the Montgomery County Department of Police. Beltsville resident Gavin St. Aubyn Boothe, 43, has been identified by investigators as the person who was found suffering from a fatal gunshot wound outside of the Exxon gas station in Silver Spring.
