A New Jersey man accused of defacing downtown Frederick with pink graffiti has been arrested after police tracked him down to an Airbnb and later found his vehicle in Urbana, authorities announced. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued by the National Weather Service one day after parts of Maryland had to contend with tornados that touched down.
