Body-worn camera footage was released Monday showing the moments before a fatal crash following a police pursuit in Calvert County last month. The Independent Investigations Division (IID) of the Maryland Attorney General’s Office shared the footage from a Nov. 16 incident that ended with the death of 36-year-old Justin Foreman after he lost control of his vehicle during the chase. The Maryland Attorney General’s Office has identified the man fatally shot by Howard County police and the officers involved in the incident following a domestic disturbance in Laurel over the weekend.
