Police released a step-by-step timeline detailing how Monday’s shooting inside Thomas S. Wootton High School unfolded and how officers quickly arrested the suspect. At approximately 2:15 p.m. on Feb. 9, Montgomery County police officers and Rockville City Police were dispatched to Thomas S. Wootton High School for a reported shooting, Chief of Police Marc R.
