An attack inside a Meade High School bathroom left a 17-year-old student fighting for his life, and two other students are now facing attempted murder charges, Anne Arundel County police say. The stabbing happened shortly after 10 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 23, when a School Resource Officer found the victim in a second-floor bathroom at the school suffering from multiple stab wounds. A 17-year-old student is facing adult charges after allegedly stabbing a classmate during a hallway altercation at Tuscarora High School in Frederick, authorities announced after he was initially sent home by administrators. On Wednesday, Jan. 22, deputies from the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office were called to the high school at approximately 1:15 p.m. for reports of a fight between two students in a hallway. Montgomery College was unexpectedly shut down on Friday afternoon after threats were made targeting the school. Some school officials in Frederick received an unexpected scare on Thursday morning during a HazMat investigation.
