Lexington Park Man, 19, Busted With Handgun Reported Stolen In Hagerstown, Sheriff Says A 19-year-old who was the subject of an ongoing investigation was busted with two handguns he was not permitted to possess during a bust in St. Mary's County, the sheriff's office announced. Lexington Park resident Zemar David-Tyshon Batts was the subject of a search and seizure warrant in the 21000 block of Dayflower Place on Tuesday, which led to the recovery of two weapons, one of which was reported stolen out of Hagerstown in 2017.
