A teen accused of pulling the trigger in a deadly Maryland shooting was caught hiding out in Kentucky after dodging authorities for months, Howard County Police said. Jemik Parker, 17, was arrested on May 15 in Louisville, ending a four-month manhunt launched after the Jan. 14 shooting death of 17-year-old Lance Carrington in Columbia. Three people are behind bars, but an alleged gunman remains on the run after the targeted killing of 17-year-old Lance Carrington in Maryland, authorities said.
