The Old Farmer's Almanac has released its winter weather predictions for the 2024-25 season. This year's title speaks for itself: "The 2025 Old Farmer’s Almanac Forecasts a 'Calmer, Gentler' Winter." A Baltimore County man is facing drug and weapons charges after a road rage incident on I-95 in Howard County led state police investigators right to him. Owings Mills resident Quwan Gordon, 48, was arrested in connection to a midday shooting last week after firing at another driver during an incident that played out last week, authorities announced on Saturday morning.
