The incident was reported around 2:43 p.m. on Monday, April 6, 2026, at the facility in the 11100 block of McCormick Road, where emergency crews were dispatched for a reported industrial accident, according to the Baltimore County Fire Department. Tanker Hauling 2,600 Gallons Of Fuel Overturns In Maryland, Spills Into Road And Stream More than 2,600 gallons of fuel were at risk after a tanker truck overturned in Emmitsburg on Thursday morning, triggering a multi-agency hazmat response, fire officials said. Firefighters from Frederick County Fire & Rescue were called to the crash at North Seton Avenue and Provincial Parkway at around 7:45 a.m. on April 11.
