A 24-year-old motorcyclist who was killed in a Maryland crash is being remembered by his family as a doting son and loving big brother to his siblings. Declan Hicks had a passion for dinosaurs, loved the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and had a penchant for "crazy socks" before he was killed in a freak accident at an independent baseball game over the weekend.
