A crash involving an overturned dump truck inside the Fort McHenry Tunnel on Interstate 95 has shut down two northbound lanes and left traffic at a standstill, officials said. Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) officials first reported a two-vehicle crash inside Bore 4 of the tunnel around 4:30 p.m. on Friday, March 14.
