Overnight, Daytime Lane Closures Scheduled On Baltimore Beltway Beginning Sunday, Oct. 13 Lane closures are scheduled on I-695 in Baltimore County as the Maryland Department of Transportation Highway Administration (SHA) continues efforts to reduce congestion on the Beltway.
