Suspected Silver Spring Shooter Arrested Days After Deadly Drug Deal: Police A suspect has been taken into custody after an 18-year-old Germantown resident was killed and a second is fighting for his life following a late-night shooting during a suspected drug deal in Greenbelt, police said.
