Shortly after 2 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 27, officers were called to the 1700 block of Reisterstown Road in Pikesville, where they found a 16-year-old suffering from a gunshot wound. The teen was rushed to an area hospital, where he later died, according to police. A 16-year-old boy was apprehended after being busted in a stolen pick-up truck, then attempting to steal a police cruiser in Montgomery County.
