An alert was issued on Tuesday as detectives seek the public's assistance in identifying and locating a man who allegedly exposed himself and touched a teen girl. According to the Montgomery County Department of Police, at approximately 8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22, officers were called to the 11000 block of Veirs Mill Road at the Wheaton Metro bus turnaround for the report of a sexual assault inside of a Ride On bus.
