A 16-year-old boy was apprehended after being busted in a stolen pick-up truck, then attempting to steal a police cruiser in Montgomery County. Maryland state troopers who responded to Sen. John Fetterman's I-70 crash on June 9 said he might have been speeding before the accident, according to body camera footage obtained by the Washington Post.
