The crash happened around 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 9, near the Crossroads Apartments on Great Mills Road, when a 2015 Nissan Armada slammed into the back of a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt, authorities said. Andrew Francis Evans II, 43, was pronounced dead at the scene of the Dec. 9 crash after veering off the road on MD Rt. 4 near Cedarwood Lane in Dunkirk, officials said.
