A middle school student had a little too much iron with his school lunch on Wednesday afternoon in Charles County, leading to the recovery of a handgun, according to the sheriff's office. Administrators at the Benjamin Stoddert Middle School were alerted shortly after 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon about a student who was possibly in possession of a gun inside the building. A 16-year-old who chased down a teen exiting a school bus in Montgomery County and began shooting at him earlier this year will be charged as an adult on multiple charges, police say. Clarksburg resident Jaiden Ochieng has been identified and charged following a shooting that was reported in March in the 19300 block of Archdale Road in Germantown.
