A second teenager will be charged as an adult following an ongoing investigation after two men were found murdered at a Silver Spring park over the summer, the Montgomery County Department of Police announced. Sherwood High School student Sanaa Virtue Vil, 17, has been identified by police as the person killed on Wednesday morning in a single-vehicle crash in Sandy Spring. Family With Baby Displaced By Maryland House Fire, Officials Say
Seven people and a baby were displaced by an early morning fire that is believed to have broken out in a family's garage in Montgomery County. At approximately 5 a.m., first responders were called to a two-story home on Duvall Street near West Deer Park, where they were met by flames showing through the roof of the residence with smoke billowing through the area.
