City resident Steven Umberto Angelini was sentenced to two and a half years in prison for conspiracy to distribute cocaine and oxycodone and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime. Mall Shooting: 'Armed Dangerous' Man Wanted Week Later In Maryland, Police Say A man wanted in connection to a shooting last week is still at large, and a new reward has been offered as police attempt to track him down. A new alert has been issued by Metro Crime Stoppers, which is offering a $5,000 reward as they attempt to locate Wesley Lyons, who is still on the run a week after shots were fired inside the Harford Mall.  Lisa Gregg, 60, of Edgewood and Lateia Green, 37, of Middle River have already been arrested, though the 35-year-old Lyons is still at large.
