Maryland Man Charged With Attempted Murder For I-95 Road Rage Shooting: State Police
A Baltimore County man is facing drug and weapons charges after a road rage incident on I-95 in Howard County led state police investigators right to him. Owings Mills resident Quwan Gordon, 48, was arrested in connection to a midday shooting last week after firing at another driver during an incident that played out last week, authorities announced on Saturday morning.
