Driver Charged With Murder After Striking Man With Chevy Suburban In Maryland: State Police A woman who allegedly ran down a man she was involved in an ongoing relationship with in St. Mary's County during a disagreement is facing murder and other charges following an investigation by Maryland State Police. Simone Stewart, 50, has been arrested in connection to the death of Demeatrum Scarborough, 53, who died on Tuesday, Oct. 8 at Medstar Washington Hospital, one day after she ran him over with a truck.
