A bizarre scene unfolded at the Calvert Library in Prince Frederick when a local man was arrested after allegedly causing a ruckus fueled by alcohol.
On Wednesday, Jan. 8, at approximately 5:30 p.m., deputies responded to the library on Costley Way following reports of a disorderly subject, the Calvert County Sheriff's Office reported.
