Repeat Offender Arrested For Midday Murder In Maryland, Police Say
A convicted felon known to law enforcement is back behind bars after allegedly firing a gun in broad daylight in Baltimore, killing one man and injuring a second authorities announced on Wednesday. The incident happened shortly before 9:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 19, near the 1900 block of Edmondson Avenue, where police responded to reports of gunfire.
