A Maryland mother will spend time behind bars after she was caught driving high with four young children in her car, nearly crashing on a busy highway, the Calvert County State's Attorney's Office announced.
Ronni Laine Davis, 34, of Lusby, was sentenced in Calvert County Circuit Court on Monday, March 3, to eight years in prison, with 60 days of active time, followed by three years of supervised probation, according to prosecutors.

Deputies were called to the fast-casual restaurant on West Dares Beach Road in Prince Frederick late last month, for a reported trespassing incident, according to the Calvert County Sheriff's Office.

A high-speed pursuit ended in dramatic fashion after a motorcycle rider crashed into a curb and was caught with a stolen bike in Calvert County, authorities said.
