Multi-Vehicle Crash Shuts Down Stretch Of I-270 In Maryland (Developing) Maryland State Police troopers are investigating a multi-vehicle crash that shut down all northbound lanes of I-270 on Monday morning in Frederick County. First responders were called early on Monday to a stretch of the interstate that left at least five people with undisclosed injuries. Each was taken to an area hospital.
