A man was injured after being robbed and dragged by a vehicle outside a Motel 6 in Anne Arundel County late Wednesday night, police said. Officers responded to the Motel 6 on Raynor Avenue in Linthicum at around 11:20 p.m. on Nov. 20 for a reported citizen robbery. According to investigators, a 44-year-old man was approached by three suspects who demanded cash, with one of them deliberately bumping into the victim before rifling through his pockets and stealing money. The Prince George's County Police Department has released new details as it continues to investigate a deadly weekend shooting in Oxon Hill. Denis Zepeda Cruz, 30, has been identified by investigators as the person who was gunned down in Oxon Hill in what is believed to be a targeted attack. A deadly shooting near a Prince George's County funeral home is under investigation, police confirmed. Officers were called to the 7100 block of Old Landover Road at around 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning to investigate a reported shooting, and further investigation led to the grisly discovery of a dead body inside a vehicle in the 7400 block. A 41-year-old District resident has been identified as the person killed in a midday stabbing in a Prince George's County parking lot over the weekend.
