Academy Sports + Outdoors issued the recall for about 35,300 Magellan Odyssey Rocker Chairs sold nationwide, the Consumer Product Safety Commission said on Thursday, Jan. 22. The recall was issued for about 23,000 URMYWO baby loungers in the "grey feather" style, the Consumer Product Safety Commission announced on Thursday, Sept. 4. Falls, Fractures Spark Recall Of 120K+ Multi-Purpose Ladders More than 120,000 ladders sold nationwide are being recalled after a faulty locking mechanism caused more than a dozen falls and injuries. Werner issued the recall for about 122,250 of its 20-foot and 24-foot Multi-Max Pro multi-purpose ladders, the Consumer Product Safety Commission said on Thursday, Aug. 14. The ladders, sold in silver with a blue top and side rail label, feature a long black rope on the back section.
