Two 10th-grade boys will be charged as adults after a loaded gun was found hidden inside a banned bookbag at Wise High School in Upper Marlboro, according to Prince George’s County Police. The incident happened around 1:55 p.m. Thursday, May 1, when school security officers saw one student hand off a black bookbag to another student in a hallway. A Virginia third grader brought a loaded handgun to school — and it went off inside his backpack, the Spotsylvania County Sheriff’s Office said. Now, his parents are the ones facing charges. Suspicious Person Walking Halls Of Frederick County High School Arrested For Assaulting Staffer
It only took a week for members of the Frederick County Sheriff's Office to apprehend a person wanted for assaulting a staff member while trespassing at an area high school, authorities announced. A gun was recovered from a teenage student at a Maryland middle school after administrators were tipped off by some of his classmates on Monday.
