A man accused of opening fire on two others on a busy Maryland street was tracked down by police after a days-long search, according to the Frederick Police Department.
Nyzeir Sampson, 28, was located and taken into custody in Hagerstown on Monday, May 5, with help from the US Marshals Task Force, officials said.
