A Virginia man opened fire on another car during a Memorial Day road-rage clash on I-95 in Maryland, state police said. Fredy Gonzalez-Esquivel, 22, of Leesburg, was arrested by early Tuesday morning, May 27, according to the Maryland State Police. Two men are dead and a third is recovering after gunfire broke out late Friday night in Prince George’s County, sparking a double homicide investigation and a reward offer from police.
