Tailgating Fredericksburg Police Cruiser Lands Wanted Maryland Man In Stafford County Jail: PD
A fugitive from Maryland wanted in Virginia chose the wrong person to tailgate while allegedly driving under the influence and landed himself behind bars, according to the Stafford County Sherif's Office. Berwyn Heights resident Juan Segovia Chicas was arrested over the weekend by deputies following a drunk driver complaint that was called in on Friday night.
