Ten Arrested As Drug Trafficking Operation Broken Up During Bust In Baltimore: State's Attorney A drug trafficking organization operating in several locations throughout Baltimore has been broken up following a lengthy investigation into dealing throughout the region. Gun-Wielding Woman Who Shot Friend During Dispute In Baltimore Apprehended, Police Say Three months to the day a person was found shot in the street, police say that a woman has been apprehended in Baltimore. Felicia Mull, 45, was arrested on Tuesday, following an investigation into the shooting of a 41-year-old man during a dispute in February, officials announced on May 23. According to police, shortly after 4 p.m. on Feb. 21, officers from the Baltimore Police Department responded to the 4200 block of Sheldon Avenue, where they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper body. He was treated by first responders and taken to an area hospital in stable condition…
