The remnants of a fire pit outside a Harford County home resulted in a fire that left five people and several pets temporarily displaced. At around 2 p.m. on Monday afternoon, first responders from the Susquehanna Hose Company responded to Otsego Street in Havre de Grace, where the owner reported a fire outside the family's home. A well-armed employee who threatened to blow up the Maryland Vehicle Administration (MVA) building has been arrested and is facing multiple charges, according to the state fire marshal.
