In a harrowing incident on Monday afternoon, an 83-year-old woman was violently carjacked while retrieving her belongings from her vehicle in the 6700 block of Park Heights Avenue in Baltimore.  Officers arrived at approximately 2:50 p.m. on Nov. 11, where they found the woman suffering from multiple injuries to her forearms and knees that had to be treated by paramedics.
