One Killed, Seven Injured In Mass Maryland Shooting (Developing) One person was killed and seven others hospitalized with various injuries following a mass shooting in Baltimore. Shortly after 8 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 18, officers were called to the 1300 block of North Spring Street, where there were multiple reports of shots fired. Upon arrival, officers from the Baltimore Police Department found multiple victims suffering from gunshot wounds, and later, more victims walked into area hospitals for evaluation of similar injuries.
