A 19-year-old Guatemalan national in the country illegally who was convicted of raping a Maryland resident has been apprehended, according to US Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials. Deportation officers with Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Baltimore’s Fugitive Operations Team arrested Henry Argueta-Tobar this week in Waldorf, authorities announced on Thursday.
