Baltimore County Man Arrested In Connection To Car Rally In Philadelphia: State Police
A Baltimore County man was taken into custody on Thursday by the Maryland Car Rally Task Force and local law enforcement in connection with a September car rally in Philadelphia that escalated into violence.
