Felicia Mull, 45, was arrested on Tuesday, following an investigation into the shooting of a 41-year-old man during a dispute in February, officials announced on May 23. According to police, shortly after 4 p.m. on Feb. 21, officers from the Baltimore Police Department responded to the 4200 block of Sheldon Avenue, where they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper body.
