Driver Already On Probation Sentenced For Fifth DUI After Fatal Crash In Maryland
A 43-year-old man on probation for a 2020 assault and ordered by a judge to abstain from alcohol is heading to prison after getting his fifth DUI in Frederick County, authorities announced. John Michael Hartman, Jr. has been sentenced to 10 years in prison after being convicted of 10 DUI-related offenses last month in connection to a fatal crash that claimed the life of 89-year-old Donald Reineke.
