Two Injured In Rollover Crash That Led To Delays For Drivers In Montgomery County
Some lanes were closed following a crash in Montgomery County that left a vehicle on its side and two people trapped inside on Wednesday afternoon. First responders were called shortly before 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 4 to the intersection of Clopper Road and Quince Orchard in Gaithersburg, where there was a reported crash with an entrapment. Non-Verbal Autistic Child Rescued From Lake By Police, Lifeguard In Maryland
A young, non-verbal autistic child was rescued from a large lake at Martin Luther King, Jr. Park in Montgomery County. According to officials, on Wednesday afternoon, police and a lifeguard from a nearby pool had to dive headfirst into a lake at the park following reports of the child entering the waters. Firefighter, Resident Injured During Maryland Apartment Fire That Left Dozens Displaced
More than a dozen apartments were deemed uninhabitable in Howard County and a firefighter was injured when a blaze broke out early on Saturday morning. At around 5:30 a.m. Howard County Fire and EMS crews were called to the 6000 block of Orchard Club Drive in Elkridge, where there was a reported fire in the area.
