Teen Charged With Murder Following Shooting In Oxon Hill Parking Lot During Dispute: Police An 18-year-old has been arrested in connection to a Sunday shooting in Prince George's County that left a man dead in Oxon Hill, police say. Izayah Matthews, of Temple Hills, has been charged in connection to the murder of Oxon Hill native Antonio Bell, 43, who was found shot to death in a parking lot on Aug. 18.  According to the Prince George's County Police Department, at around 3:30 p.m. on Sunday afternoon, officers were called to the 3300 block of Huntley Square Drive, where they found Bell suffering from fatal gunshot wounds.
