Constance Banner was behind the wheel when she was involved in a two-vehicle collision in the 3700 block of Branch Avenue on Saturday, March 1 in Temple Hills, at approximately 4:10 p.m., Prince George’s County Police said. Banner was rushed to the hospital for treatment but died from her injuries the following day, officials said. The second driver was not hurt.
