A man who was found with a suspected improvised explosive device (IED) after breaking into his ex-girlfriends home is behind bars and facing serious charges, according to the Office of the Maryland Fire Marshal. A pilot received an unexpected passenger who allegedly attempted to steal a plane at Martin State Airport in Baltimore County, police confirmed. Maryland State Police troopers received a report at approximately 5:10 p.m. at the airport in Middle River on Friday afternoon, when Joseph Goldman, 43, drove past security and onto airport grounds in an attempt to take the plane. Former NBA player Delonte West has been arrested again. The 40-year-old retired point guard who lives in Maryland was found unresponsive after a foot pursuit with Fairfax County police officers at approximately 1 a.m. Thursday, June 6, the FCPD tells Daily Voice.
