Volunteer Soccer Coach In Baltimore County Accused Of Recording Underage Victim: Police A Peeping Tom who installed recording devices in his home and filmed his underage victim without her consent has been arrested, according to the Baltimore County Police Department. Nicholas Fioravanti, 42, was arrested this week following an investigation into recording devices that were found placed inside two areas of his home, including a bedroom and bathroom. At the time the devices were uncovered, the victim was underage, investigators noted.
