A second teenager has been arrested in connection to the fatal shooting of a Baltimore man who was found dead in a vehicle in Howard County, according to police. A 14-year-old from Severn will be charged as an adult after Kendrick McLellan, 26, was found dead in a vehicle behind a Howard County office building over the weekend. The teen was taken into custody at his high school in Anne Arundel County, police say. The man who brutally abused an infant who later died in Frederick County will never see the light of day again after being convicted of child abuse last year, the state's attorney's office announced.
